OUR POLICY

The staff are all independently contracted so prices may vary between stylists. Payment forms may also vary between stylist, cash and checks are always accepted for services. Please verify when booking if you will be paying with a credit card so we can accommodate your needs with the right stylist.
Please plan accordingly for the Palm Desert traffic! Please arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that you receive your full salon service. If arriving over 15 minutes late, we may have to reschedule your appointment in order to respect other clients’ schedule. It is recommend that you book your next appointment prior to leaving the salon so that we can be sure to accommodate your schedule.
We ask that you give ample amount of time when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment so we are able to accommodate another client. We ask for a 24hour notice, if you are scheduled for multiple services please give us 48 hour notice. A cancellation fee of $25.00 for a single service or 50% charge for multiple services if there are recurring cancelations without a timely notice.
If for any reason a guest is not satisfied with their service, the guest has 10 days from original appointment date to come back for adjustments at no additional charges.
